Never say this to an admissions officer:  "I'm applying to business school because I hate my job!"

 Yes, I know you're sick of your job and need a change.  The admissions people also know you're sick of your job and need a change.  But this is a sensitive subject and it needs to be handled carefully. 

The appropriate strategy is to tell the admissions staff that you love your job so much that you want to keep doing it, but at a higher level and with more significant responsibilities.
