Why are you seeking an MBA and, in particular, an MBA from Washington University? How will the MBA program support both your short-term and long-term career goals? (400 words maximum)

As a manager, you are likely to work with a team in order to accomplish a particular task. Likewise, as a student at Washington University, you will need to work with a team to complete case studies, homework assignments, etc. In such a group setting, describe the qualities and characteristics of your ideal teammates (300 words maximum)
